The city of Varis, a bustling trade hub with winding alleys and shadowy underbelly, has become plagued by a dangerous gang operating from its extensive sewer system. Known as the "Shadow Gang," the ruffians have been extorting local businesses for protection money and kidnapping citizens for ransom.
